amazing staff luxurious decor comfortable ambiance small room noisy walls overpriced breakfast
the staff WAS amazing, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. the hotel's decor felt luxurious, it had high ceilings and Elegant details everywhere. my room, a Twin Room, had cozy ambiance, it was well-decorated and very comfortable.
i did have some minor issues . the room felt smaller then expected, it lacked ample space for luggage. i could also hear some noise from adjacent rooms, the walls were not soundproof. breakfast, while good, felt overpriced for the options Available.

dedicated staff excellent service beautiful atmosphere
The staff were dedicated to my comfort. Claire deserves special thanks for her excellent service. The food was AMAZING!!! The decoration created a beautiful atmosphere. I noticed the choice of furniture and colors complemented the building.

beautiful furnishings comfortable bed modern bathroom delicious breakfast
The room had beautiful furnishings and a very comfortable bed. i appreciated the modern bathroom and it included Molton Brown toiletries. the staff was attentive and helpful, especially with bus routes. breakfast each morning was a delicious treat. The smoked salmon was delicious.
the hotel had some staircase carpet runners that showed wear, with some holes present.

Staff provides directions for the bus stop outside the front door. a concierge assisted with luggage and provided area information. service was prompt. Requests received quick attention.

lovely breakfast friendly staff
the breakfast tasted great and had excellent customer service. i walked easily to the stadium in minutes, it was near by. i will be staying again, it aint a question. staff was warm and friendly, super helpful, they were really good.
the hotel is across the street in a smaller building, not like the photos. rooms are essentially in a basement, its a lil weird.

traffic noise impossible sleep
the staff was attentive, so i guess that's something.
my room faced some road. the traffic was non-stop and made sleep pretty much impossible. i swear i could still hear buses even with earplugs. what a joke.

city center lovely style comfortable bed
i stayed there recently and the location was great. it was super easy to get to the city center. the room had a lovely style and the bed was the most comfortable i ever had. i think i will stay here again.
there was a extra charge for car parking and i think it was unnecessary.
